ARMS
Ask any little kid how strong they are, and the fist thing they will do is strike a biceps pose. Well developed arms have always equated strength and power. Also, arm routines are generally the first weight training to which teens are exposed to because it is so easy to pick up a barbell or dumbbell and curl it.
Three muscles groups comprise the arm: the biceps, triceps, and forearms. To maintain strong well developed and well proportioned arms all three muscle groups must be addressed.
In fact, the forearms, as a rule, need a bit more attention to develop because they, like the abdominals and calve, are in constant use by the body and have a higher tolerance for stress.
